For defective or damaged products, we offer a full refund or replacement. If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If we've made an error with your order, we'll gladly provide a full refund or replacement.

We'll guide you through the process and ensure your refund is processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that customized products may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges, depending on the nature of the customization. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
